I have verbose log of freeze up but must admit, I can't actually learn from the log what the issue is, so hoping that I can post as attachment here and if somebody could help, would be amazing. I am trying to get some help on my very same install, well I have NUC10i7 trying for Big Sur due to plugin compatibility and am getting stuck on install, after selecting MAc OS (Install BIg Sur ) on OC picker 0.8.8.
